There wasn't even a contact number or website it was very disappointed for a nationally advertised company not to even consider customer service wow. There are some minor assembly required for the canopy to be installed Do I drill a hole ???

***Warning*** After open it up and trying to fly this heli always it was spinning over itself without control, I was trying adjust the parameters configuration over and over again using its software and I could not fly this heli, reviewing information on internet about this model I found most people say that there is a high percentage of RTF shipper heli models with pieces damaged, many of them with Gyro and Servos damaged. In my case this heli came with Gyro system damaged.

Okay, great helicopter! BUT!! You better know what your doing, it has no forgiveness for screwing up...my first "flight" if you want to call it that was hover off the ground for 10 seconds and then a small gust of wind caught it and sent it sideways, landed on its side and broke both blades and a couple other smaller parts, so then that repair cost me almost 100.00! It was then I relized I didn't have the type of funds needed for this hobby! LOL but sure would have been awesome!
