When I first saw this online for this price, I flipped out because I've NEVER seen a RC Helicopter this big for such a little price. I was so excited. When I first got it - it lived up to everything I imagined....it was so pretty and so HUGE! I just feel that it could have been a little sturdier. At first it was awkward trying to fly it because of its' size. Something that big needs to be a little better built to withstand the atmosphere of the outdoors. The bigger the heli, the harder the fall .... other than that, I really did just love looking at it. But, now she's broken. I gotta say, I'm almost tempted to order another one at this price JUST to have to view ....If I could get this product right now, for 35% off this price, I'd buy it for sure to sit at the head of my collection ... not to fly, just to display.

Before Christmas purchased 2 new QS8006's. Both RC's are poorly constructed & both models DO NOT have identical parts!! For example, unless you are skilled in flying large Rc's, I highly recommend purchasing the training wheels, which if you are like me, you can make yourself. The blades are poor quality and break fairly easily, but with a little sandpaper, wooden paint stirer as a file, small tube of automotive body filler, the blades can be repaired & repainted. If the rear tail motor breaks, make sure you get an original replacement with the brass metal sprocket & not with the plastic sprocket. (the plastic one broke immediately after installing). To reinstall the rotor, it has to be resoldered to the new motor. Don't try to fix the old motor. If your antennae breaks, check inside the transmitter to see how it is attached before you reorder!!

The helicopter requires some weight in the front to fly better. It does fly in five mile an hour winds with some weight added. it is very easy to control, and flies very well. I would recommend this helicopter to intermediate fliers. Lots of fun to fly. Thanks
