I own many RC cars including Traxxas: E-Revo, RustlerVXL, StampeedVXL. HPI: Savage Flux and this Vorza Flux. By far this is the absolute best RC car for the money. I do 30feet jumps landing in grass and as long as I land correctly this thing never breaks. I run it hard I mean really hard. I only run 2 X 3s Lipos for 6s. I have only found two negatives: Both motor and ESC will easily burn up if you don't give the car a good rest due to overheating and second its not water proof. Neither is that big an issue for me. Any electric car will overheat if you run them to hard but the esc should shut down and this one will not. This car has held up better than any car I have ever had! Trust me its worth the price over any Traxxas. Do not buy the Savage Flux. Its trasmission is JUNK! Big win for HPI on this car but huge let down on the Savage Flux.

I sold my Savage Flux HP (extended w/ 3.2" tires) because I was tired of back flips even on 5S so I bought this Vorza and couldnt be happier!!
Stock its pretty slow on 4S so I swapped the pinion to a 18T. It was MUCH faster but still not fast enough. So I swapped the spur out for a 46T metal spur and a 19T pinion. 4S is fast, 5S if faster and 6S is crazy. I took it to the beach on 6S and man its a mess. Im too lazy to clean it out but when I do I cant wait to run it on the street / fields.
I love HPI stuff, been buying their cars / trucks since 2000!

I bought this thing because I have had Nitro trucks, and one Electric Truck, but I wanted something faster. NOT at all disappointed. I am so happy with my purchase its nuts!! I have 2 3s Lipo batteries, but I wish I would have gone with a single 6s battery, because I had to stack the batteries which makes the body not sit right, so I trimmed the battery holder to fit it. Now, I am having the best time with this thing. I absolutely think this is the most fun toy I have ever had.
