I received this toy as a gift for my son so I can't speak to the ordering process but I can say the shipping was fast as the toy was delivered sooner than expected. The directions and assembly were fairly frustrating to be honest so definitely devote plenty of extra time to complete. We've only had the toy assembled for a few days so I can't speak to the durability yet, overall it seems adequate.
The real reason for this review though is to highlight that the customer service was excellent. I had a question if the battery wiring was correct and was worried that since I wasn't the actual buyer I'd never get an answer from the seller. Not only did I get an answer within an hour, they provided me a video tutorial, then followed up with step-by-step pictures of the process, clearly answering my question. I'm pretty amazed and very happy with the resolution.
